A typical 2 bed – 1 bath house in Northern California is 1,000 to 1,200 square feet.

A “Standard Cleaning” of a 2-bedroom, 1-bath house typically takes about 3 to 4 hours.
If we need to go over 4 hours to clean your house we will reach out to you to see if you would like us to proceed. Anything over 4 hours customers will be charged 45 per hour, per worker we have cleaning.

 A “Deep Clean” normally takes 5 to 7 hours, anything over 7 hours for Deep cleaning customers will be charged 45 per hour per worker we have cleaning.

A “Move out”  normally takes 6 to 8 hours, anything over 8 hours for  “Move Out ” cleaning customers will be charged 45 per hour per worker we have cleaning.

A “ Construction Clean ”  normally takes 6 to 8 hours, anything over 8 hours for  “ Construction Clean ” customers will be charged 45 per hour per worker we have cleaning.

All jobs are priced out to have 1 worker do the entire job!

We may show up with 2 workers depending on our work flow and this could affect our speed of performance but not the price of the job. Unless we have both workers needing to work past the allotted time for our company to complete the job.
