The average size of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in Northern California typically ranges from about 1,200 to 2,000 square feet

Standard  (2 to 3 hours).
Deep Clean ( 5 to 8 hours).
Move Out ( 5 to 9 hours ).
Construction ( 6 to 10 hours).

We have a set rate for each job.

If we need to go over our set time because your home needs “extra attention” you will be charged 45 per cleaner per hour working in your home.  If we need to go over our normal set time ,we will reach out to ask you before we proceed. We want to make sure we have your approval to go over our set time.

All jobs are priced for 1 cleaner to be working for an allotted time at your home! We may bring in a 2nd cleaner with in that allotted time to ensure we are able to complete the job as fast and as professionally as possible.
We may only need one cleaner working at your home.  If we bring in two cleaners to help get the job done faster it will not affect the price unless we go over our max set time for our fixed price we have per job.  Before we go over that time we will touch base with the homeowner to have permission to proceed !
